2015 - Opal Park Stud

 

In recognition of Ian and Judy Wauldron. Opal Park Stud is inducted into the Hall Of Fame for their contributions to the reining industry through their breeding program.

 

Opal Park Stud imported three stallions, Dun It Downuder, Whizzel A Melody & Husterls First Step, successfully producing multiple Open & Non Pro Futurity and Derby Champions.

 

It was with this success which elevated reining in Australia to an international platorm.

 

Whizzel A Melody along has highly influenced reining within Australia and it's people since his first foal crop of futurity champions. In 2011 Whizzel A Melody's progeny had won over $111,000 making him the “All Time Leading Reining Sire” in Australia.
