Annual General Meeting - 19 Feb 2022
Dear Reining Australia Members
The Reining Australia AGM will be held on Saturday19th February 2022 at a venue to be decided on.
Due to current and ongoing COVID 19 restrictions it would not be desirable to lock in a venue this far in advance as circumstances will no doubt change.
The membership will be given ample notification once the venue has been locked in. (Early 2022)
All necessary documentation and information (notices of motion etc) has been sent out to all members within the prescribed timeframes to enable the membership to be well informed when attending the Reining Australia AGM. These documents are also attached for member convenience.
The Reining Australia AGM will be livestreamed / webcast to ensure that all members can take part.
Reining Australia will endeavour to keep its membership as up to date and informed as possible moving forward towards this event
